Lil' Samurai
Ages 4-7
Tuesday
5:00pm - 5:30pm
An introduction to martial arts. Students learn social skills like teamwork and anti-bullying while developing balance, coordination, and self defense. Each lesson revolves around themes like honesty and integrity. Contact us for more info!

Children's Classes
Ages 6-12
Monday - Wednesday
5:30pm - 6:30pm
Youth class where students are introduced to self defense and competition. Emphasis put on protection and making smart decisions. Introduction into weapons training.

Adult Classes
Ages 13 & Up
Monday - Wednesday
6:30pm - 7:30pm
Adult classes that focus more on self-defense and combat. Strikes, throws, and locks are explored with some discussion on situational preparedness. Weapons training included.
